What is your lead time for a wood engraved bench?

Our current lead time for a wood engraved bench is approximately 15 workings days. It will give you the option to add a delivery date on the checkout page.

How will the bench be delivered, how much notice will I get?

The bench will be delivered on a pallet, curbside delivery. The delivery partner will deliver on your chosen delivery day.

Can I place a bench anywhere or do I need to contact a council?

In some cases, you will need to contact the council if the bench is going to be sited on public land.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in the UK but not to Ireland/Northern Ireland.

Do you install the benches?

We deliver anywhere in the UK but not to Ireland/Northern Ireland.

How much is delivery?

Delivery starts from £44.95 ; this is our standard price. Areas outside the standard area will incur a surcharge.

Can you deliver directly to an address that is not my home address?

Yes, we can delivery anywhere in the UK with the exception of Ireland/Northern Ireland.

Can you deliver the bench into my garden?

The delivery partner will deliver 1-man kerbside delivery on a pallet. They are not insured to move the bench to site it.

Can you deliver directly to a church?

Yes, we can deliver to a church, but someone would need to be there as the driver cannot move the bench or site it.

How many benches can you get on a pallet?

We can fit 2 benches/chairs onto 1 pallet, except for the 4 seat benches which have to go separately.

Can I collect from store?

Yes, there is a collect from store option in the payment section.
