If you feel a return is necessary, a cost will incur for the returning of goods to our warehouse. The cost of the return will be the same as the original price paid for delivery. This is to be paid by the customer in advance.
Upon inspection of the item, if the fault is with ourselves or our delivery partner we will then refund the delivery amount in full within 14 working days.
If there is a fault or damage, which is covered within your warranty, we will refund the delivery amount in full within 14 working days.
